Institutions (EMCI Vancouver) is a
registered company that has been operating
in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia
since 2001. Located in the heart of Gastown,
our offices are staffed with friendly,
experienced professionals who work together
to provide the highest quality service to
our clients. EMCI Vancouver offers a wide
variety of services ranging from Homestay
placements to school arrangements, as well
as, continuous counseling, mediation and
support to all EMCI clients during their
stay in Canada.
EMCI Vancouver was the winner of the
2002 Entrepreneur of the Year award and has
continued to strive towards excellence by
developing new programs to further enhance
the services offered to EMCI clients.
EMCI Vancouver is partners with
Escuela Mexicanna Canadiense de Ingles
(EMCI Group). EMCI Group has over twenty
years of experience, opening its first
office in Mexico City in 1982. The group has
since expanded and now has offices in six
locations including Puebla, Monterrey and
Mexicali. EMCI Group offers a variety of
English language education programs
including courses designed especially for
children, general conversation classes, and
private lessons. They offer special programs
including TOEFL Preparation and TEFL
Training. EMCI Group also works in
collaboration with the United Nations to
provide English language education programs
to refugees and our work in this area has
been recognized and endorsed by both the
United States and Canadian Embassies.
In April of 2002, EMCI hosted the very first
EXPO IDIOMA CANADA fair in Mexico
City. For the fair, EMCI Vancouver brought
several, well-established ESL schools, as
well as, the Vancouver Film school to Mexico
City. The fair was very successful and it
gave potential students the opportunity to
ask questions directly to each school’s
staff representative. It also gave potential
students the opportunity to learn more about
one of the most beautiful cities in the
world – VANCOUVER!
