Summer Program
Our summer program offers an enriching blend of education, culture, and community, designed to create unforgettable experiences for participants. Students will benefit from 15 hours of engaging English classes, tailored for small groups of approximately 14 students per class, ensuring a personalized and interactive learning environment.
Beyond the classroom, 24 hours of socio-cultural activities immerse participants in the local culture, guided by a team of Cultural Assistants maintaining a ratio of 1 for every 8 students for personalized support. Highlights include a First Nations workshop, creating meaningful connections to Canadian heritage, and a memorable memory book for students to cherish their experiences.
With a dedicated team of program staff ensuring a seamless experience, our summer program is designed to foster learning, cultural exchange, and lasting friendships in a vibrant and supportive environment.
As program coordinators, we dedicate significant time and effort to ensuring every aspect of our programs is carefully planned and executed to provide participants with an enriching and seamless experience. Our planning process is both detailed and dynamic, balancing cultural immersion, educational objectives, and logistical efficiency. Here's how we approach it:
1. Initial Consultation and Vision Setting
We begin by meeting with clients to understand their goals, expectations, and unique requirements. This includes discussing cultural, academic, and logistical priorities to create a clear vision for the program.
We assess timelines, group sizes, and budgetary considerations to ensure realistic and achievable outcomes.
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders
We actively engage with international partners, host families, and local vendors to build a strong support network for the program.
By aligning with schools, cultural ambassadors, and local communities, we ensure every element reflects the goals and values of the program.
3. Host Family Recruitment and Training
Trusted host families are carefully selected through a thorough vetting process. Each family is briefed on expectations, cultural sensitivity, and logistical responsibilities to ensure a supportive and enriching environment for students.
4. Itinerary Development
We design customized itineraries that blend cultural, educational, and recreational activities. This includes excursions to iconic locations like Alice Lake, the Sea to Sky Gondola, and Whistler, as well as opportunities for meaningful interaction between students and their host families.
Activities are planned to ensure a balance between structured programming and free time for personal exploration and connection.
5. Logistics and Coordination
Every logistical detail is accounted for, from arranging transportation and accommodations to organizing meals that cater to dietary preferences.
We prepare host families with clear schedules and guidance to ensure students are transported to and from activities seamlessly.
6. Cultural and Educational Enrichment
We incorporate cultural exchange opportunities into the program, encouraging students to share their traditions while learning about Canadian culture. This includes shared meals, storytelling, and interactive workshops.
Educational components are tailored to enhance learning, whether through language immersion, local history, or hands-on activities.
7. Proactive Problem-Solving
We identify potential challenges in advance and develop contingency plans to handle unexpected situations effectively. Our team remains accessible and responsive throughout the program to ensure smooth execution.
8. Post-Program Evaluation
After the program concludes, we gather feedback from participants, host families, and stakeholders to assess the experience and identify areas for improvement. This commitment to continuous refinement helps us maintain high standards and deliver even better results in future programs.

Trip to Whistler
One of their excursions in the summer program is exploring Whistler.
Homestay
During the cultural exchange program, participants will enjoy a 7-night homestay experience in triple or quadruple occupancy with welcoming families, offering three meals daily and a true taste of Canadian hospitality. The program includes transportation and entrance fees for all excursions, a warm Welcome Reception, a celebratory Graduation Ceremony, and a festive Farewell Party to mark the journey’s conclusion.
Students have a truly memorable and enriching experience as they immerse themselves in Canadian culture while living with trusted host families in Squamish.
From the moment they arrive, students are welcomed into warm, supportive homes where they quickly become part of the family. Host families go above and beyond to make students feel comfortable, sharing daily routines, home-cooked meals, and meaningful conversations. Through this close-knit environment, students improve their language skills and gain a deeper understanding of Canadian traditions, values, and lifestyles.
The adventure extends beyond the home, as students explore the natural beauty and unique attractions of Squamish with their host families. Together, they engage in outdoor activities such as hiking, sightseeing, or even a gondola ride across breathtaking mountain peaks. Host families often take pride in showcasing the best of their hometown, creating unforgettable experiences for the students.
Cultural exchange is at the heart of this program. Students eagerly share their customs, traditions, and stories, while learning about Canadian culture firsthand. Whether preparing meals together, exchanging gifts, or teaching each other common phrases in their native languages, mutual respect and curiosity foster genuine connections that often lead to lifelong friendships.
Through this incredible journey, students leave with not only new knowledge and perspectives but also cherished memories of shared laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the kindness of their host families. The program ensures students experience the best of both worlds—growing personally while creating meaningful connections in a new cultural setting.
